General (Retired) Tommy Franks came to Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company to speak for the Lockheed Martin Leadership Association's Veteran's Day ceremony. He gave a delightful, self-deprecating speech that conveyed his life experiences in a serious and humorous manner. It was clear to see how his charisma played a role in him getting promoted to the highest rank in the US Army.
