The Fort Worth Zoo sponsored a first time ever "Beastro" party that featured fine dining venues with samples of their fare and included beverages and several live acts. The Gin Blossoms headlined at the main stage for a great, intimate performance. There were about 2000 spectators in attendance. I got to go with Holly Sievers and her friend Iris. Participants were: Bistro Louise, Blue Mesa Grill, Central Market, City Kitchen, Eurotazza Coffeehouse, H3 Ranch Steakhouse, Hot Chocolates, Lonesome Dove Western Bistro, Olenjack's Grille, Piranha Killer Sushi, Reata, Sapristi! Bistro & Wine Bar, Texas De Brazil, The Classic Cafe at Roanoke, The Culinary School of Fort Worth, The Melting Pot Resaraunt, and Ultimate Cuisine by Chef Tom.
